  • Billing information: payment details processed securely through our payment provider (Paddle). We do not store your full card details
  • Usage data: API request logs, request volume, endpoint usage, and performance metrics
  • API request data: the queries and content you send to our API for processing

3. How We Use Your Data

We use your data to:

  • Provide and operate the Intentgine service
  • Process your API requests and return results
  • Manage your account and billing
  • Send service-related communications (outages, billing, security alerts)
  • Monitor and improve service performance and reliability

  • Comply with legal obligations

4. AI & Data Processing

Intentgine uses large language models (LLMs) and AI to process API requests. When you send data to our API:

  • Your data is processed by third-party AI model providers to fulfil your request
  • We do not use your API request data to train or fine-tune AI models unless you explicitly opt in
  • Cached results (Memory Banks) are stored to improve response speed and accuracy for your account
  • Third-party model providers may have their own data processing terms — we select providers with appropriate data handling practices

Do not send sensitive personal data (health records, financial account numbers, government IDs) through the API unless your plan and configuration specifically support it.

5. Legal Basis for Processing (UK GDPR)

We process your personal data on the following bases:

  • Contract: processing necessary to provide the service you signed up for
  • Legitimate interest: service improvement, security, and fraud prevention
  • Legal obligation: compliance with applicable laws
