1. Introduction
Intentgine is operated by Neural Core LTD, a company registered in England and Wales ("we", "us", "our"). Neural Core LTD is the data controller for the personal data processed through this service. We are committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal data when you use our website and API service.
By using Intentgine, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this policy. This service is intended for users aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18.

4. AI & Data Processing
Intentgine uses large language models (LLMs) and AI to process API requests. When you send data to our API:
- Your data is processed by third-party AI model providers to fulfil your request
- We do not use your API request data to train or fine-tune AI models unless you explicitly opt in
- Cached results (Memory Banks) are stored to improve response speed and accuracy for your account
- Third-party model providers may have their own data processing terms — we select providers with appropriate data handling practices
Do not send sensitive personal data (health records, financial account numbers, government IDs) through the API unless your plan and configuration specifically support it.
5. Legal Basis for Processing (UK GDPR)
We process your personal data on the following bases:
- Contract: processing necessary to provide the service you signed up for
- Legitimate interest: service improvement, security, and fraud prevention
- Legal obligation: compliance with applicable laws
- Consent: where you have opted in to marketing communications
6. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We may share data with:
- AI model providers: to process your API requests (e.g., Google, OpenAI)
- Payment processors: to handle billing (Paddle)
- Infrastructure providers: to host and operate the service
- Legal authorities: when required by law or to protect our rights
All third-party providers are selected for their data protection practices and are bound by appropriate agreements.
7. Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the service. After account deletion:
- Account and profile data is deleted within 30 days
- API request logs are deleted within 90 days
- Billing records are retained as required by law (typically 6 years)

11. International Transfers
Your data may be processed outside the UK/EEA by our infrastructure and AI model providers. Where this occurs, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place (such as Standard Contractual Clauses or adequacy decisions).
